EXTERNAL COATINGS
PAINTING the coating of the steel used to produce the drums takes place by applying a water-soluble enamel and subsequent drying process in the oven.
The color can be chosen from a wide range of available colors and the stems can be customized either by using different colors for the three bands of the coat and the two bottoms, or by applying a screen printing with your own brand or company name.
GALVANIZED DRUM, the drum is immersed in a tank containing liquid zinc, which coats the raw steel and preserves it over time.
INTERNAL COVERINGS
INTERNAL RAW, DC 01 steel is raw, dry and clean and is not treated during the processing phase.
LACQUERED INTERIOR, a water-soluble phenolic or epoxy-phenolic beige enamel is applied to the steel which protects the barrel from contact with aggressive products.
INTERNAL GLASS in polythene. In the crimping phase, a high-density polythene skin is inserted inside, increasing its resistance to contain highly aggressive products.
